Referral Program Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions (“Terms”) apply to L’Azur Gourmet’s Referral Program. By referring a friend, acting on a referral, using the Program, or otherwise participating in the Program, the referring customer and/or referred friend agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. The Referral Program starts on November 4, 2020 and ends at December 31, 2020.
2. The individual who was issued a Referral Program Link by L’Azur Gourmet will be considered to be the "Referring Customer" for all Qualified Referrals made using that REFERRAL PROGRAM link.
3. To refer friends, a user has to have sent at least one successful application of discount code during their checkout.

5. To be considered a qualified referred friend, the referred friend cannot have previously sent a discount code on lazurgourmet.com, and must have received a link from an associate who has successfully sent a discount code on lazurgourmet.com
6. Referring Customers will receive a reward associated with the program they are eligible for, each time a qualified referred friend uses the referral link associated to their account to make their first application of discount code, successfully redeeming their friend reward. You will not receive a reward if your referrals are not considered qualified friends for any reason, (including, if the referred friend does not satisfy the requirements to be considered a qualified friend) or are not received for any reason.
7. Rewards are automatically applied to the referring customer’s account when checking out and we will notify the referring customer by email when rewards have been transferred within 48 hours.
8. Each reward can only be redeemed against one application of discount code and can only be used on lazurgourmet.com.
9. A referring customer must disclose the fact that you are a L’Azur Gourmet customer when you make the referral and that you will receive a reward if the qualified friend completes the Referral Program and sends a top up using your REFERRAL PROGRAM link.
10. A referring customer should not send referrals to people that you do not personally know, and you should honour all requests to stop referrals or communications about the Program.
11. A referring customer should not engage in any misleading, deceptive, annoying, or harassing practices with respect to referrals or Program communications.
12. To use a referral bonus a referred friend cannot have previously sent a discount code on lazurgourmet.com, and must have received a link from an associate who has successfully sent a discount code on lazurgourmet.com.
13. A qualified referred friend will receive a reward associated with the program they are eligible for. The reward credit value for their first application of discount code will be automatically discounted to their L’Azur Gourmet payment on their first purchase when they use the referral link sent to them by a referring customer. A referred friend is only entitled to receive one reward as a referred friend.
14. The reward is not cash and cannot be exchanged for cash.
15. Offer not valid and rewards are not payable for self-referrals and fraudulent transactions. A single person can only register once with an email and a phone number. We reserve the right to stop any customer from using our services who we believe is using a referral campaign in an unethical manner.
16. Spam is prohibited and will result in immediate termination of the referring customers account and deactivation of REFERRAL PROGRAM links.
17. L’Azur Gourmet reserves the right to cancel, alter, amend, suspend, withdraw or terminate the Refer-a-Friend Program or to change these terms and conditions at any time in its sole discretion.
18. By using the Referral Program, participants agree to the processing of their personal information by L’Azur Gourmet and/or partner operators.
19. By using the Referral Program, the qualified referred friend agrees to their contact information being sent to the referring customer, who sent them the REFERRAL PROGRAM link, from which the qualified friend claimed their credit reward.
20. In the event of any disputes, L’Azur Gourmet reserves the rights for final decision.

推薦計劃條款及細則

以下條款及細則適用於 L’Azur Gourmet的推薦計劃。通過此計劃推薦朋友，或以其他方式參與此計劃，代表推薦客戶及/或推薦朋友同意受這款條款的約束。

1. 推薦計劃由2020年11月4日開始並於2020年12月31日結束。
2. 通過L’Azur Gourmet獲得了推薦計劃連結的人，將被視為該「推薦計劃」連結進行的「推薦客戶」。
3. 用戶必須在結帳時，至少發送了一個折扣碼，方可推薦朋友。
4. 推薦客戶必須推薦合格被推薦人，方可獲得推薦回饋。
5. 若要被視為合格被推薦人，被推薦人之前不能在lazurgourmet.com上發送過折扣碼，並且必須已收到已在lazurgourmet.com上成功發送過折扣代碼的推薦人的連結。
6. 推薦客戶每次由合格被推薦人成功使用推薦連結，首次使用折扣碼後，皆能成功收到相應計劃之回饋。假如你推薦的朋友以任何理由，被定為非合格被推薦人，你將不會收到任何回饋。
7. 回饋將於結帳時，自動轉到推薦客戶戶口，推薦客戶會於48小時內得到折扣碼回饋電郵。
8. 每個回饋 (折扣碼) 只能兌換/使用一次，並且只能在lazurgourmet.com上使用。
9. 推薦客戶於推薦時必須說明閣下是L’Azur Gourmet之客戶，如果有合格被推薦人完成了閣下的推薦計劃，使用了閣下提供之折扣連結，你將會收到推薦計劃回饋。
10. 推薦客戶不應將推薦發送給你不認識的人，並且停止對其推薦或任何推薦計劃上之溝通。
11. 推薦客戶不得對推薦或推薦計劃上之溝通，作出任何誤導性、欺騙性行為，以及令人討厭或騷擾的行為。
12. 若要成功使用推薦回饋，被推薦的朋友之前不能在lazurgourmet.com上發送過任何折扣代碼，並且必須已收到從其在lazurgourmet.com上成功發送的折扣連結。
13. 合格被推薦人妁獲得與他們符合資格的計劃相關之回饋。當他們使用推薦客戶發送給他們的推薦連結時，被推薦人能使用其折扣代碼的獎勵，於首次購物時將會自動扣減此優惠。每位推薦人只能收到一位被推薦人之回饋一次。若要更多回饋，需推薦更多合格被推薦人。
14. 回饋並非現金，所有回饋皆下能兌換成現金。
15. 任何自我推薦及欺詐性交易之回饋均視作無效。每人只能用一個電郵地址、電話號碼登記一次。我們將保留阻止任何我們認為以不道德的方式使用推薦計劃的客戶使用我們的服務之權利。
16. 禁止使用垃圾郵件，否則將會導致推薦客戶帳戶立即終止，並取消其推薦計劃之連結。
17. L’Azur Gourmet 將保留自行決定隨時取消、更改、修改、暫停、撤回、或終止推薦計劃，或更改以上條款的權利。
18. 通過使用推薦計劃，代表參與者已同意L’Azur Gourmet和/或合作夥伴營運商處理其個人信息。
19. 通過使用推薦計劃，合格被推薦人將同意他們的聯繫信息發送給推薦客戶，並且從此得到推薦回饋
20. 如有任何爭議，L’Azur Gourmet將保留最終決定權。
