Essential information

Placing an order
 
1.     All orders will be taken and payment processed only from our website.
2.     You will be required to register as a user before being able to place and order. An order will only be processed upon completion of payment and an email acknowledging your order will be sent to you from our online system.
3.     If we are unable to fulfill your entire order or part of your order, we will arrange for a refund for the portion of the order that we cannot fulfill.
4.     While we endeavor to ensure that all prices reflected on our website are accurate, there may be times where human or system errors occurs. In such circumstances we reserve the right to inform our customers of such errors and give customers the option to cancel or accept the revised price of the affected item(s).
5.     Orders take an average of 2-4 working days from confirmation of receipt to completion of delivery
6.     For seasonal hampers and gift baskets, please cater 7 working days from order date to fulfillment.

9.     Customers declare that he/she is over 18 years old when purchasing intoxicating liquor via this website.
 
Arranging for Delivery
1.     A Separate email will be sent to you providing you with a delivery time and date. Please ensure that someone is on-site to sign for the order.
2.     If the order contains alcohol, please ensure that the receiving party is at least 18 years of age.
3.     If you are unable to take delivery of the order please arrange for an alternative date by emailing info@lazurgourmet.com
4.     Please note that for the safety of our delivery staff, we will not be able to make deliveries in the event of a black storm warning or the hoisting of typhoon signal 8
5.     We offer delivery to the most common districts in Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and the New Territories. No delivery service for Lamma Island, Peng Chau, Cheung Chau and South Lantau.
6.     After confirmation of delivery time, our driver can be contacted at +852 3615-1890 on the day of delivery.
7.     Free delivery is available for local orders above HK$ 600. A HK$ 100 delivery fee will be charged for orders below HK $ 600
Disputes and returns

8.   If there is no functioning lift at the delivery address and delivery is required via stairs, the customer may have the opportunity to pay an additional handling fee of HKD 100. The fourth floor is the upper limit for delivery (counting from the ground).

9.   In the event of a lift breakdown during delivery, we will make arrangements to deliver the goods at another time. You will be contacted for further arrangements.


It is the responsibility of the recipient to check that goods are received in good order. If there is any damage to products, this will have to be confirmed on the day with the delivery driver. If you are not satisfied with our products, please email customer service at info@lazurgourmet.com. We are always happy to receive feedback and will aim to resolve any disputes in an amicable manner.
Important disclaimers
·         We do not expect our drivers to park illegally to fulfil orders. Please ensure that there are reasonable options for our drivers to park their vehicles to facilitate delivery
·         Where there is no one to receive the goods, we reserve the right to charge for the rescheduling of Delivery
·         For any changes to the delivery schedule, please ensure that any requests are made before 11 am, the working day prior to delivery by emailing info@lazurgourmet.com

​Free Delivery is available for over HKD600* in Hong Kong

An additional $100 delivery fee will be charged to the buyer for below HKD600

*No delivery is available for Lamma Island, Peng Chau, Cheung Chau, and South Lantau.

*No delivery to area with requirements of vehicle permit

*For Discovery Bay, Tung Chung, and Ma Wan Park Island, delivery will be done on every Wednesday and Thursday. There is a delivery charge of HKD 100 if the order amount is below HKD 1,200. Complimentary delivery is given when the order exceeds HKD 1,200.

*Our delivery service is not applicable for the following conditions. We reserve the right to decline delivery at our sole discretion:
- Any areas that cannot be reached directly by vehicles
- No legal unloading areas within 50 meters of the building.

L'Azur reserved the right to adjust the delivery schedule without notice.

Remarks
All goods will be delivered as scheduled and try the best of our ability;
Any request on delivery change shall be made by email/phone the day before the initial delivery day;
(before 5pm for initial delivery on Tue, Wed, Thu, Fri, Sat / before 11am for initial delivery on Mon or after Public Holiday);
Delivery vehicle must be able to access or park legally in receiver’s building.  If there is any stairway, please contact us in advance; 
We will not leave the box(es) in front of customer’s door without any representatives to sign the receipt.  We reserve the rights to charge re-delivery fee;
All deliveries including alcohol must be received by a person aged 18 or above;
Delivery will be suspended when Typhoon Signal No.8 or Black Rain Warning Signal is hoisted.
