Inspired by an old Flemish recipe, Bastogne combines the crunchiness of a biscuit rich in wheat with the subtle flavor of candy sugar and cinnamon so characteristic of speculoos.
Wheat flour 45%, candy sugar 20%, vegetable fat, sugar, candy syrup, eggs, raising powder: sodium hydrogen carbonate, glucose-fructose syrup, caramelized sugar, cinnamon 0.2%, salt, vanilla flavor.
